Recommended Album of the Month

Well the postage increases for Royal Mail have come and stayed and impacted and the local elections are afoot once more complete with the promises of a bright new dawn for the economy of the United Kingdom and the hollow rhetoric of unconvincing individuals. The country is swathed in perpetual rain and yet has no water, and the government stumbles from one bad error of judgement to another.

However, all is not lost, even though the impending specter of economic doom draws nearer and nearer and the “Wot climate change?” monkey sticks his foot down on the gas.

Yes it’s album of the month time on Vinylization!!! Alright, alright, I had to build it up somehow!

I’m going to start off with the superb “A Dramatic Turn Of Events” from Dream Theater. Why? Because I’m a big fan and, after the previous couple of slightly disappointing efforts, I really wasn’t expecting much from them with this. Particularly as drummer Mike Portnoy had left.

I am not going to review it as the best way to make up your mind whether this is for you or not is to listen to it.

For this reason I include a track from the album below and also a link to many customer reviews on Amazon.

There is a link in the banner at the top of the page to the album concerned where you can buy it from Amazon in various formats and also a link below to purchase in mp3 format.

Please note I do not retail cd’s or other media types at present. So the links are there for recommendation purposes only (A great record purchasable in a safe way).

Right, I’m off to vote now so Fill your ears with this and see what you think!!

Bye for now!
